Upcoming disruptions in our industries (Aerospace – Defense – Security, Transportation – Logisitics – Mobility and Energy – Environment) call for increased but differentiated collaborative stances with clients and/or suppliers. However, the approach to build up collaborative models with partners is not «one-size fits all»; it should be adapted considering the level of expected disruption, current relationships and the level of risk/ value sharing ambition (from risk-sharing partnerships to full-on joint-ventures.

Civil Aerospace OEM

Archery supported an OEM’s Parts and Materials Procurement division in the definition of its strategic roadmap. Projects spanned the definition of the BU roadmap to reach strategic objectives such as fostering innovations with suppliers on current / future Programs as well as ensuring supply chain derisking and ability to meet ramp up.

Defense OEM

Archery supported two major European Defense players in the creation of a 50-50 Joint Venture. Archery supported them in the definition of the industrial and business plans, the approval of the JV by the governance committees and personnel representatives and in the writing of the governance documents (inc. Shareholder Agreement, Cooperation Agreement, Statutes) and inter-governmental agreement. Archery then accompanied the two players in the ramp-up of the JV (PMO) focusing on 3 main topics: structuration of the cooperation between the two mother companies, supervision and support of the progress and reporting.
